What began in 1954 as a small family tradition evolved into one of Naxos’ most beloved pastry destinations.
Grandpa Nicolas arrived from Aivali carrying unique recipes and authentic flavors from the East — the beginning of a journey that would become a heritage passed through generations.
Nick and Panagiota Fragiskos enriched these traditional recipes with French pastry influences, creating a refined balance between heritage and innovation.
Today, Aktaion continues this legacy through craftsmanship, premium ingredients and a passion for extraordinary desserts.
